Our Community Services Division serve the residents of each community in the comfort and security of their home. Vision Health Care provides comprehensive home care services to assist the client in living as independently and comfortable as possible given their physical and/or mental condition.
OUR PERSONNEL:
Registered Nurses & Registered Practical Nurses:
Our pool of Nurses are well trained and experienced in their field. Vision Healthcare places significant emphasis upon consistent quality and thus through our ongoing training and development programme, we ensure that each staff is aptly prepared to meet and exceed the demands of their job.
Personal Support Workers:
Provide personal care and assistance to patients. Vision Healthcare Support Workers are certified and knowledgeable, being equipped with the versatility to work in different realms, ranging from floor duty to private cases.
Physical Therapists:
Work with the patients who have had illnesses or injuries such as fractures, strokes, arthritis or brain injuries. The physical therapist teaches and performs medically prescribed treatment procedures and supportive activities to patients and teaches family members to provide continued care.
Occupational Therapist:
Registered Occupational Therapists provide treatment for improving or restoring functions impaired or lost because of illness or injury. The occupational therapy programme includes training to improve self-care and activities of daily living. Social Workers and Developmental Social Workers :
Nannies:
Assist in the care and social development of children.
Homemakers:
Provide short or long term in home support services to clients who require care and assistance in their daily living. The goal of the care is to assist the client in living as independently and comfortably as possible within the confines of the their home.
